Bloom Holding

Bloom Holding was established (sources cite 2007 and 2008) as a subsidiary of National Holding, headquartered in Abu Dhabi. It operates across four segments — real estate, education, hospitality and services — through subsidiaries including Bloom Properties, Bloom Education, Bloom Hospitality and Bloom Facilities Management. Its real estate portfolio centres on master-planned communities such as Bloom Gardens, Bloom Living (Zayed City), Bloom Marina and Park View Residences on Saadiyat Island, plus Bloom Towers in Jumeirah Village Circle, Dubai. Hospitality assets include The Abu Dhabi EDITION and Bloom Arjaan by Rotana. Bloom Holding has delivered over 5,000 homes with a further 20,000+ in the pipeline as of 2025.
