Aldar Properties PJSC was incorporated on 12 January 2004 and is headquartered at Al Raha Beach, Abu Dhabi. It is the UAE's leading listed real estate developer, manager and investor, operating through two core segments: Aldar Development (master developer of integrated communities) and Aldar Investment (manages an income-generating asset base of over AED 47 billion). Aldar masterplanned Abu Dhabi's flagship investment zones, including Yas Island (Yas Marina Circuit / F1, Ferrari World, Yas Mall), Saadiyat Island, Al Raha Beach and Al Reem Island. Its 2013 merger with Sorouh Real Estate consolidated its position as Abu Dhabi's largest developer by land bank and units delivered. Since 2021 Aldar has expanded into Dubai (e.g. Haven in Dubailand) and Ras Al Khaimah, and internationally through SODIC in Egypt and London Square in the UK. In 2025 the company recorded AED 5.1 billion in international sales.
