Modon Properties

Modon Properties is a master developer established in January 2018 and mandated by the Abu Dhabi government to build vibrant, sustainable communities and strategic mixed-use projects across the emirate. The company is backed by ADQ and IHC. Its flagship development is Hudayriyat Island, a 5,100-hectare waterfront destination with over 50 km of coastline, home to communities such as Nawayef, Al Naseem and Bashayer, alongside sports and leisure infrastructure including Surf Abu Dhabi (the world's largest wave pool) and a velodrome. On Al Reem Island, Modon develops Reem Hills, Maysan and Muheira. Modon was also appointed master developer of the Ras El Hekma project in Egypt, marking its first major international mandate.
